Dont fear Service Channel………. We have been using hem for years with other national chains! They just float your money…….once you get in the monthly cycle its fine….. ( unless Super Storm Sandy hits again -- they were backed up a few weeks on payment )

It is still going fine. I like the Service Channel much better than before on invoicing, we get a check 10 days after the invoice is submitted. We have even had some building washes come in this year for Wally. George the guys that do Nashville are out of Lebanon (Clean and Green). They both are close to 70 and I not sure how much longer they are going to do them. I think his daughter does the parking lot sweeping and I would expect she might take over their business when they hang it up.

I have 9 Cash America Pawn locations that we service weekly for lawn maintenance. I Only wash them annually with the DM requests. I invoice them through service channel using the location work order and the deposit shows up in my account a couple wednesdays later.

Talk about a company that went downhill with pressure washing... they had a great Master Service Agreement with local vendors and then switched it to 1 nationwide NSP... now their storefronts are in jeopardy
