I thought when guys had a midlife crisis it involved expensive toys (sports cars, boats, motorcycles, etc.) and women half their age, and when women have a midlife crisis it involves coloring their hair to hide the grey, trying to keep a figure from too many years ago to remember, and dealing with hormones and hot flashes. Sometime it involves expensive jewelry and lots of flowers too, or at least we hope it does, unless he has spent the money on the sports car..... HA HA.
