Just saw the reply to my post. By your calculations, which are correct, you are over weight. I run 23 horse briggs motors. I got rid of my 25 horse kohlers when ethanol hit 10% and kohler could not come up with a solution to keep them running, other than running an aux fuel pump to keep them from vapor locking. I run Udor pumps because they exceed any other pump bar none. I run 8 gallons a minute on each machine as 4.5 is fine for homeowners, not for commercial cleaning applications. My machines are enclosed in my trailers and box trucks to keep them out of the elements and to keep them running on rainy days. My trailers and trucks are ventilated with electric fans. I do this for a living and only buy or make the best. I am sure that I have not made as many trailers as you have, but I have built about twenty over the years, ranging from pig cookers to the trailer for my 32' Sea Fox boat. Surface cleaners on roofs are not professional. The trigger on your surface is integrated into the handle. This means that the machine has to be cut off to disconnect or a ball valve has to be used. One wastes time and the other is heavy. I strive for effeciency in everything.Your breakaway cable does not need to be mounted above the hitch. It can snag while turning. Mount it on the side V. The tounge jack is located where it will bust your knuckles on the battery. The break away chains need more attaching them to the trailer than the spot welded loop it has now. It appears that the tounge jack sits to far forward for a tailgate to be lowered, but I may be wrong. The V needs to be integrated into the trailer frame, not sticking under it a few feet. I don't know you and I have no doubt but that you are a great guy and salesman. You seemed to think that my comments were uniformed. I just wanted you to see that they are not. I hope you sell a ton of them as every one needs to make a dollar. My only suggestion, and I know that you did not ask for one, would be to build the trailer to the specs that you would be happy with 10 years down the road.
