I currently do work for GC's and commercial PMs. I wanted to look into restaurant and gas stations. Are the managers inside the chili's, applebees, etc... the ones I need to be speaking with? How about the gas stations? Or is there a list(book) that might help...

Lol...there is some books that tell you the owners of buildings. I had one about 2 years ago that told me all the owners of every building here where I live except for resturant and the such

You'll need to just go in and ask. Some will have a district manager that makes the decisions and others will leave it up to the location managers.
