Varnished Log Timber Cleaning Question

I have a Job next week to clean what I think is Varnished Logs on a Building, I did some last year with just water but I need to know what would clean it best? I have a Ton of Owl POOH to clean off and lots of bird droppings. The Main Corp sent the maintenance manager so Log Clean but 2 gals is not going to cover the amount of area I have to do so I will use it on the entrance of the retail center. I have to use a Lift on this building and they are renting it for Me and have it on site for Me to wash with. But I was wondering what kind of wash would work good for all this Bird Pooh? I'm not sure how many have washed log homes or buildings with Varnished Logs on them, I'm sure somebody has on this forum.

Need Help...... on a wash mix.

Thanks..........

Yea it is Logs that are built into the building for Looks, I have washed them with just water but I was wondering about some type of wash to get the bird and Owl Pooh off a bit better. I'm not sure what type of finish is on these logs. Looks like some type of varnish and was not sure if I could use dawn or tide on this type of finish, they have a whole two gals of Log Wash but I will save that for the front entrance so it looks good that is if it works good. I have never used it before.

And yes Tony I have to go up in the air on a lift to do this wash job. I try to stay away from washing buildings but I do all the rest of their flat work so I'm taking this on to keep the other work.

But it is WOOD I know in Vegas it is not heard of :wave2:

Perma-Chink Systems carries an awesome log wash. it may be a little expensive through them directly. If you need ne im a direct dealer for them could always save you some money.
