Good article, but it comes down to this. The reason that they started enforcing in that area, was because of a washer filing complaints, that the city was to lenient in enforcing the rules that were already on the books, and have been for many years.
His intent is to run many people out of business, and allow him to raise prices. That is just the same as a dealer pushing for better enforcement so that he can sell recovery equipment.
As you know, I am all for recovery, and am already equipped to handle this and his type. Recovery is just a part of doing business, you gotta spend money to make money. But I do not believe that he is doing this for the right reasons.
Amazing what people will do for money these days.
