I was sent an e-mail that I would like to share with you guys. It is not linked to you tube, it pulls up in the windows media player. How do I upload this format to this site?

You have to put a link to it or it needs to have a code to embed it but you cant upload it.
If you save it to your computer you can upload it to youtube then embed it
