unencumbered

Hey Y'all,

Three years ago I sold my interest in my last soft washing company and thereby signed a three year non-compete for the Central Florida area. As of midnight August 31st that three years is now over. I am now unencumbered to pursue clients in the roof and exterior cleaning industry in the previous non-compete area.

1. I can consult other cleaning companies who need my business consulting services.
2. I can aid those within my SoftWash Systems Authorized network to secure work / contracts within this area.
3. I can own interest in companies that provide roof and exterior cleaning services.
4. I can use my over 20 years of experience and knowledge earned while owning my previous companies, (Mallard Systems & TerraClean) to compete or advise in the Central Florida market.

Time to raise the bar in Central Florida and get back some of the old clients. Anyone have a set of mouse ears they can lend me????????

Give me a call if you are in this area and need some help with your cleaning business.

Paint that sweet pickup bed trailer setup ALLRED and let me use it whenever I need, and I'll look the other way when you come into my area.

Ac you going to get back in the cleaning biz.

Greg,

I am up to my arm pits in it already. lol

I wont be the owner but I will consult our "franchisees" for lack of a better term. We are already the largest Softwashing company in the US and maybe quickly becoming the largest residential cleaning company. Were doing about $30,000.00 a day right now.

AC, does this mean your cleaning company is doing $30K per day? Or selling your equipment and making 30K per day? Just curious... that is a large number...

$10,920,000 a year if you are doing 30K per day. Not saying I don't believe you, just curious...

I think he means all of the Soft Wash Systems certified companies combined.

Ty,

We have currently 63 systems out in the field as of now. (not including the 8 we did for Delux) 30 of those are SoftWash Authorized Companies and are averaging just over $1,000.00 a day in production. That is averaging our full timers bringing down in excess of $30,000.00 a month per system and our part timers working only a few days a week.

We will have approximately 50 SoftWash Authorized Companies by Softwashapolooza East in 2014 and will be around a $25 mill / year network by then.

When I had Mallard Systems we did just under $5,000,000.00 a year with just 18 service trucks. So were still not quite at that tight of a number.

SoftWash Systems as the company that provides the equipment, chemicals, education and support is only a small part of that.
