Well first off, we all know that most customers are a little wishy washy when they call - you have to do most of the talking and asking the home size, areas to be cleaned and so forth. So then he asks - what kind of machine do you use, gpms, psi, chems, trailer mounted....blah blah blah.......social security number, what did you eat for breakfast...

So I was like we use a 50,000 psi machine that runs .9 gallons per minute made by PWI Machines in Arizona....he was like ughhhh okay.......

I love when my competition calls to try and price check me - they are such idiots!!!


Oh and by the way that is $24.95 - :) - Beat that Jerk-off
 
We find that most 2 story homes, gutters can be sprayed with chems from the ground no brush or bucket needed. They come out white a snow.:)
 
You know we do hoods and concrete and fire protection and interior cleaning ... but yes I have done a few houses, sidewalks , gutters etc.. We do so many different cleaning jobs I set my price at $ 100.00 per hour and then do the work accordingly.. If I think $300 I work for 3 hours.. and so on .. Believe it or not alot of residential folks think this is cheap.. Commercial jobs think I am a little high but they usually pay because we do a great job.. I still think I am worth more than $ 100.00 an hour.. But you work a 5 hour day .. at $ 500.00 then clean a $400 to $600 dollar hood at night or a $ 300.00 commercial concrete cleaning this makes good money in a weeks time. The only thing I hate is that Uncle Sam Just wants to much of my Profit.
