We have been fierce competitors for years and probably like you I have enjoyed every minute of it. You tend to keep people on their toes and for that I would like to say ‘thank you’ for you have certainly kept me on mine.
Also, I want you to know how much I appreciate all the great things you have done for our industry. There is no substitute for the knowledge of an industry pioneer. I see you have made some changes in your organization and some of your commitments. I trust you will remain active has you have always been.

- Robert Hinderliter</SPAN></SPAN> Hello John. You have certainly kept me on my toes. I will be staying around working part time for my son Michael Hinderliter. You also have made a significant contribution to our industry.
While we have been fierce competitors we have always respected each other in public. Neither of us has made degrading or insulting posts about the other. I believe this is an example of professional behavior that others in the industry need to look at as an example of Professional Behavior.
You can be fierce competitors without being ugly and insulting!
