Best 225 for reps was 34 back in the day. I focused primarily on doubles and triples for multiple sets and really just focused on weaknesses more than strengths.

That's crazy, . I think the most I'd hear for an NFL player was high twenties. Sound right?? My goal is 30 reps, I'm at 20 right now, just getting back into lifting. do you guys keep in good cardio shape as well, or just lift?
