Turbo's

What turbo nozzles are recommended by you guys? This is for concrete cleaning/ gum removal. Most commonly used on gas stations.

I never use a turbo nozzle unless i am stripping paint, they can cause alot of damage if not used properly. They are great for taking the pine needles out of a screen enclosure, if you turn down the pressure real low they take them right out. Giggity Giggity!!

With all the cheap quality concrete being poured, I would not use a turbo nozzle on concrete at all.

Very hot water and 25 or 15 degree nozzles are all you need for gum.

Turbos for the curbs here and I use a 5degree with hot water for gum,,,,but you have to be quick and careful,,,,,,the 5 degree can eat the concrete up if your not careful....got to use the angle approach and let the gum shoot off towards the street!!!

William, Christopher, Russ and Richard have the right idea about using turbo nozzles around concrete. Great advice guys!

We started off years ago with the ST-357 and ST-457's by Suttner and found that they were the absolute best. However, during the last couple of years we tried the blue and red PA's. Our customers have given us feedback leading to the idea that the PA brand nozzles are less expensive but do not last nearly as long.

(PA makes those nozzles and a bunch of other products for several big pressure washer companies. Those companies market them as their own brand. If they are red or blue, they may be PA!)

Suttner is a bit more expensive but is money well spent on your livelihood.

Enjoy your weekend ladies and gentlemen!

I have one, use it 1 or 2 times a year but the color is black, not blue or red or green or yellow or white. Not sure which model it is, got it from Espec years ago with a rebuild kit. It does work good when I use it.
