That is an important question. The older tuff's were not nearly as nice as the newer ones.

its an 02 the pump has about 70 hrs on it the burner motor has about 10 hrs

Yeah it runs like a champ but I upgraded to 8gpm units. And I dont do enough work for 3 hot water units

Tuff was bought out by what eventually turned out to be Karcher, with a few stops along the way. They are still being made and are a lot higher quality machine now then they were.
