Trying to build a contract.

I have asked a lawyer that I know to put together a pressure washing contract for me. I can't find any samples or guidelines of things that should be included based on the industry. Do I need different contracts for the different types of work I plan to be doing? Car lots, gas stations, but mostly graffiti removal are my target areas. Thanks in advance.

Are you referring to a Bid/estimate form ?
