Ron what kind of truck is it that you use to pull your smaller trailer? I remember it being a smaller truck. I am rethinking my "I need a 3500 truck". After looking into it, seems to be over kill to get something that big.

I thought this thread was about people from turkey. BTW, Trucks is spelled T-R-U-C-K-S. :p Gotcha!

When my trailer tank is full, the trailer is close to the 7000 pounds that it is rated for (including the actual trailer weight itself of 1100 pounds) and the Dodge 2500 Cummins Turbo Diesel Quadcab pulls it no problem at all.

If I had a trailer with one hot water rig and a smaller tank then I think that a regular 1/2 ton truck could pull it no problem, just have trailer brakes to be safe, trailer brakes is always a good idea and will help save on the wear and tear on the truck brakes.

It depend son what kind of rig you are pulling. My rigs are all heavy, they either have a lot of water, or a lot of equipment.
If I was to go more to the small retail type of work, like restaurants, and store fronts, where I could always depend on water, I would use a Toyota or Ranger. I have seen Ron's guys with Rangers, but I think that he has some different small trucks.

Nearly every location we service has water hook up. I could look into what it would cost to get a water line ran to those locations as well.

I just use my F-150 and it pulls my trailer just fine with 370 Gal tank, But a Cummings or something would be Great. I have Water at all my centers but one is a pain because the pressure there sucks and my 8 gal a min washer go's through more then the tap wants to give me at times, so I have to fill it halh way or more to make it work.
