2 step is the way to go, you may still have to brush once in a while like 2 times a year...

I just have a basic 4 channel remote with two dema 481-p valves tee d together and all the chemical is downstreamed.Push button 1 for acid push it again to cut it off then push 2 for soap and push it again to cut it off.Its really good when you have some space to work when you get behind or in between several trucks you might have a bit of trouble switching chemicals the signal gets lost in space i guess lol.Oh and number 3 buttons starts the machine and 4 is supposed to cut it off but i cant quite figure out how to put the wire to the coils to open them up to turn it off.I
You have to be extra careful with the polished alum. I would not recommend any acid on those vehicles unless you like buffing. A mild Phosphoric blend would work well but still may take the polish off.
From someone that started with 2 and only had the work to keep one gun busy, you will soon find yourself adding more guns than you think. This makes washing much simplier and allows you to step away from the work and run your business. I sell this on the same results at a fleet's terminal in South MS that they will recieve in Memphis Tennessee. This takes the operator error out of washing and allows a dummy to pick up a wand and be cleaning in short order

Nate at Northern Lightning just told me the same thing today. But I would rephrase that last sentence and just say "someone inexperienced".:smilewinkgrin:
