Hey guys,

I am bringing on my first outside sales rep in January and am developing a training manual. Does anyone have one they would be willing to share?

Josh if you need help I can give you some tips.

The first thing is break down the manual into sections. Sales people will never do all the tasks you do, support in the actual key to good sales.

We all think we are great sales, but the support we have in place behind us is what makes you great!!
