I think that was the wrong Smily! Haha![]()
It is supposed to be "cool" but I always think "sarcastic" when I see it.

I just got back from looking at these townhouses and need to put in a bid for the job. I have not done a job this big so I could use some input. The townhouses are about 6000 sq ft in the picture you will see the front and the back and sides are all vinyl. It is 54 units. What would you bid the job for?
?
You said there were 54 units. 54 times $55 is $2970. 8 hours of work. Did I miss something? I was just trying to help. I clean thousands of these a year. Feel free to call.
To date this year we are at about 1800 units for town homes and have finished about 30 apartment complexes averaging about 18 buildings per complex.Thousands![]()
After 5 months I got a call today to do this job. The PM told me they picked the middle bidder. Start the job on Monday.

I'm more like Krypto the super dogsorry i thought you meant thousands of complexes and not units, you would have to be superman!!
Thats not my rig, but over the past year I have contacted numerous manufacturers, custom pressure washer builders, and recycle unit manufacturers.
Brian at BCE builds the largest most custom rigs I have seen to date, also had the patience to deal with my near 100 emails and countless hours on the phone.
In the post above I say the photo is a mid-sized rig, you may think I was being funny or sarcastic but check the one attached.
(4) 525 gallon tanks and 4 units (diesel driven) I think each 11 gpm, now that is a monster rig. What is funny, the owners of these rigs are no were on these BBS. My question is who are they, and were are they washing, I heard this one was from, you guessed it the "sunshine state"
