too cold tonight?

I've got a few jobs to do tonight, but I'm a little worried about the temp. It's flat work and the temp is supposed to be at 32 right around the time will finish. I'm not worried about us getting too cold, but I don't want to make the parking lot a ice rink either. If I don't do it tonight it may have to be next week. Any suggestions? Thanks!

31 1/2 degrees, lol..... Actually we run equipment and clean concrete down to about 25 or so. Just be aware that when you are done, your equipment may need some attention (winterization)

That good unless someone slips and falls then its you who has to pay. Got good insurance??? I would wait if you think its going to freeze!!

We try and work if the temperature is 32 degress or greater but have worked when the temperatures are colder.

If your worried about it dump some window washer fluid in your water tank or sprinkle some salt when your done. I don't like the salt thing because than it doesn't look as good when your finished.

You probably will not have much of a problem, I have washed steel tanks outside when it was 29 degrees using the big bucket truck. No ice on the ground when I was done but later there was ice in the bucket.

Did an exhaust system last week the temp was 9 degrees (i had problems) got it done though.

We do lots of cleanings in the winter here in Boston. I never have a problem cleaning flat work etc. even in the mid-high 20's. However we carry salt with us to put down on the areas of concern. Hate to do that since we just cleaned the walkways. But better safe then sorry.

Thanks everyone for the input. We got the jobs done, and got home safely around 545 this morning. Long night.

The only time you really have to worry is at the end of a long cold spell where the ground has a deep frost layer. Then you may have some ice issues. Like Mike said usually you are good to about 25-28 degrees for just about anything if you are using hot water. Worst case you bring a bag of salt and throw some of it down if it gets too bad.
