Tire marks

I have not done a lot of flat work but a deck client of mine asked if i could get the tire marks out of her concrete drive way. I have a cold-water 3500psi 5gpm Landa pressure washer. What chemicals should I use to produce the best possible results? Do I need to rent a hot water unit? And what is the going square foot rate for something like this?

you can use a limonlene,or something high in sod. hydroxide.
prosoco sell's a chem also.
One thing will make a diffrence. Is it bear cement or was it sealed? Some sealers will prevent the removal of tire mark's without removing some sealer.

It is bear cement, do think it would be a good idea to seal the cement and what would you use?
