Tire Marks on curbing

where did you get the carb cleaner?

I have bought carb cleaner at most of the auto parts stores like Auto Zone, O-Reilly's, Napa, Car Quest, etc.....

I have bought some at Wal Mart also.

I have not had the luck with it on a lot of things that people have discussed here like on graffiti and tire marks but it might be the area, what is being cleaned or even the brand of carb cleaner that is what makes the difference.

I can usually get them cleaned with heat and pressure, but on the drive thru curves, it didn't get the deep tire marks. The carb cleaner got the rest out. Only used 1/2 can at $3.50.

10-4 I thought it was a large area.

It all depends on how much time you have for the job, but I've found curb tire marks usually get cleaned out naturally after you've loosened them up. Or at least get faded enough. The real problem can be parking lots for me, where asphalt gets really hot and you got cars making sharp turns all the time. Never had to deal with a drive through, but it's probably the same sort of problem! The tire residue just melts into the floor.
