I too have experienced the 1-800-YOURE ON YOUR OWN mentallity and didn't like that.I think Envirospec is a good company that needs to go through some reformation in the customer service department(my opinion for what ever it's worth).
From what I read, written by John Allison,he started with a house washing company, whos customer service was so good, they would be careful not to harm a "single daisy".
JOHN !!!! WE ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS NOW!!!!!
will you kindly take your foot from my flower beds LOL
I order from E-spec regularly and am only frustrated half of the time. Do I save time/money? sometimes. Do I get products I don't need or want? occassionally. Will I do it again? probably.Am I an idiot? Hey that's enough.
Seriously people weigh everything shipping/support(depends how much you need)/service/price/quality.
I have bought nozzels from envirospec pulled the trigger and threw them into the trash(defective),also had no problems with others. savings-throw aways+shipping=true price
Injectors 1 @ $150 <<<< lasted 5 years (still works)
another for a different machine @around $150<< lasted 4 months
a handful @ $12 and change(cermaic ball)<<< ea lasted 3 weeks avg
Identical injector bought locally(stainless ball) @ $13<< six months so far
I wish I knew what brand these things were so I could say hey if those are the *** don't send me them
On the order takers are just order takers.........So,that's their job, give em a break. If you guys became really successful owners of pressure cleaning companies(and knew everything),making perhaps hundreds of thousands of dollars per year, could John Allison lure you away with an "order takers" (god I hate titles) salary? and if so.......how much would an unloader cost?
In no way do I wish to knock Envirospec I just think they should take a quick look at some of their policies, from our side.In most businesses the customer is atleast somewhat right or atleast that's what I tell mine
