The Power Wash Store??????

Anyone having any luck dealing with these folks? I placed an order5 days ago. Both items in my order are back ordered but they charged my card anyway. I've tried to communicate with them but they won't answer the phone. I leave a message and they claim that they will call you back but they won't. I email them and no response. How do they stay in business?
 
For the past two days I've requested that my order be cancelled and my debit card refunded. I've sent two emails asking them to confirm that they have cancelled my order and have/or will refund my card for the $188.00 they have taken from me. No response. Screw the power wash store! They absolutely suck!

So sorry to hear of your victimization by the Power Wash Store. I would cancel the transaction at my bank but it had already been processed by this past Monday.

They are a shady bunch! I'll never do business with them again. They absolutely suck!!!!!
 
Still waiting but have not heard anything from them. They've got my money and won't even let me know their intentions. I've requested that they cancel my order but it seems that's not happening. Customer beware.
