We did this last week. I hope the pics load.
 
I was anticipating before and after shots, with a stencil used. Maybe even a pic of the property owner/manager standing there saying "Wow, that used to look nasty! Good thing we called you." ;)

looks much better. But the after pic still looks like there was some dirt left behind. I know I have taken before and after pics that showed very little difference. But standing there in person it was a night and day diff. Be sure to take the best before and after pics possible.

Digital cameras will show everything with their high resolution........ I have a picture of a chimney I cleaned....from the ground looks great----like new....I took the picture and zoomed in on the brick and it still looked sooty... to the naked eye looked perfect.
