the bucket is not catching the grease

I went to this burger place yesterday and this is what I found.

Another greasy roof.

the duct really does not look as bad as the roof.

Do you clean hoods also or are you full time "Sales Machine"? Just wondering, because all of your pictures are in the daytime.

The average consumer would be apalled to see pictures of restaraunt kitchens, ducts etc.

I know when we were doing pressure washing we were shocked with what we found in the kitchens, ducts of what we thougt were nice restaraunts.

Josh,

I did grease for about 8 years and that was about enough for me.
I am not a night person so it was always tough.
You're right about the photos....all daytime work for me now.
I do sales for the company and quality control.
