Chris is on the verge of getting an account with a PM that Terry Campbell at TLC Sweeping and Maintenance has been working with for a while now.

Terry was kind enough to take us around some of their properties in Reno and let us know what this particular PM likes to see in a contractor. We're using this information to help get the account and once we get it, we will use that information to KEEP it!
