Here is a batch of building filter contracts we are proofreading and sending for signatures today. These are already approved and we start them in May.

This batch is a direct result of us showing our FACE to the customer and bringing them something new over and over again.

Thanks to Ron for showing us how to do it properly and thanks to Shelly and Fayth for doing it so well!

Wish we worked commercial!! Ron can't help our residential business!!

That's great Tony, Congratulations!

Ron's talk of systems had me up until 2:00am thinking. Quite possibly it is MY fault my sales guy is not performing as well as I would have liked. Thanks Ron. See you soon!!

Don't be hard on yourself, its putting a program in place thats a winner. Maybe some of these others will share a little success about how they implemented some procedures learned or they actually invented.

Jeff, our program takes a few days per month and involves about 50 face to face hits per month.

I know how much we brought in with new business within 6 months.

We went on the road with ONE of Ron's sales guys who had about 250 monthly face to face hits per month on his log sheet - some with more than 3-4 years of notes on them.

I can only imagine how effective it is when your market is that large.

One of Ron's lady sales people explained to me that her job was to hit individual high traffic businesses within shopping centers. She told me her monthly goal for NEW sales (which, at that time was equaled my total monthly sales for my entire business) and said she had made that goal every month that year (2008).

Different people involved explained their position with me and I was astonished. There were more than 4 salespeople who kept one guy busy all day doing demos. They would setup the demo and he would go wherever they said. It was amazing. When he showed up with a rig that had a bad water leak Ron sent him back to the shop and he came back within 30 minutes with a brand new shiny rig for the demo. Ron told him to use that one till the other one was fixed.

But all that is BS. He really doesn't have a PW business. :)

So you tried it a little and it worked?

What do you need help with Ron?

We've had a little success already and thats only because I've only been able to focus a little time towards it.... I cant even imagine actually knowing what Im doing AND having time to do it!!!!! :)
