Mr, and or Mrs Jones don't always have time to answer the phone with their busy schedule. (work/kids etc...) Many times I will text them letting them know either about a change in scheduling, or to ask them to call me when they have a free minute so that we can go over their quote etc.... It works every time.

I found and App called Group Texing and its great
