Great info Ron. While I haven't exactly implemented the things you mentioned I have actually started using text messaging as a form of communication with some of my customers. Mr, and or Mrs Jones don't always have time to answer the phone with their busy schedule. (work/kids etc...) Many times I will text them letting them know either about a change in scheduling, or to ask them to call me when they have a free minute so that we can go over their quote etc.... It works every time.

Well I looked at several different sites and decided for the amount I will be doing I can just keep up with it my self...There are some great bulk texting apps that will work for this..I set this up on my page, tell me what you think.

I actually just confirmed a two story Roof Cleaning job with a Construction Company Owner this morning who is doing a remodel on a Home in Saint Petersburg and the customer wants their Roof Cleaned. This part of the deal was all finalized by way of text messaging.
