Merry Christmas all its a cold 24 with 14" in some parts. 4'-6' snow drifts next to the houses. Its crazy this is Oklahoma we dont get this kind of weather. Looks like Santa had to rent a 4x4 just to get around

It's up to 38 now. Snow all melting away. My father-in-law lives up in Seminole Ok. He said 8 people died last night due to the weather. Very Very sad news.

I wouldnt doubt it. They called in the National Gaurd to pull people from their cars that were stuck on H.E. Baily turnpike. Its 70 miles long with only 2 exits. one 30 mile in and the other at the end of it. The winds were blowing 50 + with snow falling til midnight.

50 yesterday finally got some jobs in without fear of freezing. Back to single digit reality by Wed. The worst part about Indiana in the winter is we see the sun about once a week if we are lucky.
