It helps to have a local contractor that you can team up with on large projects. Over the last 2 months here are a few jobs that Russ and I have teamed up on.

We have teamed up on probably 8-10 jobs this year.

How do you structure the deal fairly? Just split what's left after expenses 50/50 or 60/40????

Usually just split 50/50, but some times I help him and then he helps me and we just trade it out.
