Tank - For Sale or Trade in Dallas Area

Is there anyone here from the Dallas or surrounding area needing a large poly tank?

I have a 525 gallon horizontal poly leg tank that I don't use anymore. It is equipped with a fitting for supply to your pump, a fitting on the top for connecting the bypass from the unloader, another fitting on the top for filling from a garden hose(takes about an hour to fill with a 5/8ths hose), a 2" drain plug, a large cap on top and comes with 2 heavy duty mounting straps.

This is the same type tank that some of the local PW equipment suppliers are selling for $800+.
I am asking $300 for this one.

I am looking for the following that I would consider in trade(in full or in part) for the tank:

  • 5' X 10', 3500lb capacity utility trailer - in good condition, rear ramp/gate or brakes would be a plus.
  • Used 16hp or higher horizontal shaft Briggs & Stratton Twin-V Vanguard engine - prefferably running - if not running, needs to in rebuildable condition (have all it's external parts, case must be in good condition and turn over with some compression).
  • 6in or wider wood jointer in working condition
  • Band Saw(for wood) in working condition, prefferablly a larger model

Holy Cow! What kind of trailer would you mount that monster in/on!!!

The tank is 70in long and 50in in diameter.

CarolinaProWash, I had it mounted above the axles on a 16ft tandem axle(with brakes) 7000lb capacity. Forward of the tank was a Tuff hot water skid, 2 hose reels, 30 gal chem tank, tool box(cross bed truck box) and a spot for 2 5gal fuel cans. Aft of the tank was about 6ft of clear space for surface cleaners and misc. It(and all the other equipment) should fit on a 6ft wide X 10-12ft long trailer. It does need to be a tandem axle and brakes are a good idea, because full the tank alone will weigh around 4000lbs.

Helluva good deal on a tank that size. Somebody ought to snatch it up quick.
