syphon problems help!!!

i just purchased a new syphon hose soap injector.And i can not get the thing to work right. if i have the water supply hooked up with no Pressure hose the water and soap will mix and come out the quick connect fitting. But as soon as i connect the Pressure house and try to use it with my wand there is no suciton. dose this make sense? can any one help im supposed to do a job tomorrow morning, and i have no way of applying chemicals now.
 
the unit is a down stream. I tryed a lader saver nozzle
 
Is it fixed or adjustable? If it's adjustable, did you try opening the valve?
 
We have had some similar problems. If there is anything after the siphon that causes too much back pressure, you will lose suction. I would try a large orifice chemical nozzle first. If no better, try a different gun/want. Then, a different hose. It's likely somewhere down the line there is some constriction causing back pressure. You need as low pressure as possible. You might try just the high pressure hose that ends in QC.
 
The orfice might be too small on the gun. and you need a chem nozzle
 
the chem nozzle did it for sure. Thanks for the help.you guys are GREAT!!!

That just caused my French Dip sandwich to end up on the screen....:shout:
