Swabbys for sale

Back when the Swabby folks were in NC (before the day of the 6 digit franchise) the entire setup - Swabby, trailer, pwer - fully loaded was $52K. Lease payments were about $700/mo.

Cleaning at a rate of 8K sq ft / hour - you could feasibly charge .05/sqft, lock up a half dozen contracts per month and pay for it VERY short time.

Im making one out of my boys riding Hummer. The Swabby is to large for all the tight parking garages around here I would think. I think the Hummer will be great, just got to get a bigger battery charger

Swabby just to much unless you already got secured some huge parking garages. I remember the 52K price tag, that made a little more sense than over 100K and a Clean America Sticker

so it is a lawn mower.. I thought you guys where joking.

does it recover? BUT I guess if you have a portable recovery unit you wouldn't need the fancy shmancy tank....think I found a new use for the old craftsman garden tractor....

Reminds me of the 'roof gitter'

I can still clean faster with a big guy and 8gpm HOT !!!@ 3200psi.As far as recovery? No one not even the account i have with the City of FT. Laurderdale has ever mentioned recovery. I think that when they do mention it, it will be time to sit down and negotiate a price and then go out and spend the monies on a recovery system..I do very little grease and oil cleaning so i dont see what the big deal is about recovery of sandy and dirty water.

When it rains real hard and that same stuff is sent down the drain by mother nature, no one cares? It's just DIRT, hell even oil originally came from the earth, but we just do the opposite and pull it out instead of in..I know that there are air bourne pollutants that are in the dirt and on the walls, but i dont see how recovery of this helps anything.

After it's collected and stored somewhere it must eventually get put or dumped somewhere, Hopefully it will be disposed of correctly like burn it up and pollute the atmosphere instead, LOL...

With that many nozzles, I am sure he has at least 2 machines running it.

I went to he website and it looks like in one of the pictures that it does clean, just wondering how slow you have to go so you don't have to do an area twice.

With that, it looks like you are cleaning a path like 5' or 6' wide with each pass.
