Surflo answering a question on Dan’s BB

Here something that’s killing me, I wanted to answer this guys question on Dan’s bb.
“So I said self” how can I? Well, this may not be politically correct but oh well when have I been.
So above is the question asked, take a look and then tune back for my answer. If I could answer on Dan’s bb I would have. I can’t even access this guys e-mail. Could someone get this to him if it’s possible?
What surflo would I buy? the 100 series.
Here are my reasons,
surflo used to make a pump that would pump 100psi at I think 2.4 gpm. I loved this pump when I was fleet washing.
Here are my only reasons, 100 ft of hose aint enough hose. You need at least 200 or more feet if you are using it on trucks. If its flat work your OK. Decks I would think that you would need a lot because you always cant get your rig in the back yard.
If you have more hose you’re going to get less pressure. Less pressure, less gpm. Its that simple.
Now I don’t know if mark specified what he was going to use them for. If doing fleets I would use a 5 horse Honda with a 300psi pump. Just like the pest control guys use.
I like surflo, they truly are a good pump. The 60psi that everyone suggested are a good one too I’m sure. Just giving you my experience.
Expect to pay 90.00 to 135.00 for either depending on where you get it.
Take a look for your self,, surflo’s link
