surface cleaners

I have a few Q's about surface cleaners....1st is what if any surface cleaner do u use on tile kitchen floors (one with wheels like a twister or without like a whirly 20 in ). 2nd ..what is the pro's and cons with the peice of equipment you choose for commercial kitchens floors. I own a twister from hydro tec and was wondering whats the best way to go when cleaning kitchen floors. Bryan Brimage.....Cen Cal Pressure Wash

The 17 inch or 27 inch Hydro Twister (without wheels) would be a perfect choice. I have sold them to Winerys to clean under the barrel racks they store the wine in. The reason they like that one is the low profile allows you to go under tables, shelves, and other equipment, without moving them. The handle moves up and down real easy. All you do is squat down and the handle follows your movements.

Small without wheels, it will reach more places, you will not always be able to move everything out of your way. you will want to use some kind of degreaser, I try to keep the floor wet for a while before I use the surface cleaner, even if I have to go back and pour water on the floor. the water tends to loosen and lift the dirt from the grout Squeegee, vacuum, and a deck brush is helpful also.
