Surface cleaner for $350

Northern tool has a 20" surface cleaner for $350. Have any of you used this unit? It's made by General Pump. Does it compare for to a Whisper?

its not great either but it is decent i have one that i have had forever and have really had now trouble (it is my back up or should i say my back ups backup)

I like my whisper classic I just thought they looked exactly the same!
