You have to pull the snap ring off the bottom and take everything out that way. Once you get the main stem and all it's pieces out, you'll see a small round piece in the bottom of the hole with a shiny brown to black ring on it. You have to pull it to access the o ring on the back end of it. DO NOT scratch the shiny part...it's a ceramic seal. If it gets scratched, it'll leak.
Please don't tell me I have to replace the swivel....
water is coming out of the hole at the bottom of my surface cleaner.
When I put my finger over the hole, it finds it way through cracks.

BRAH...... If you are EVER operating a Pressure Washer.............. Andthere is water leaking from ANYWHERE on the discharge/outlet side........ NEVER EVER put your finger on the hole!!!!!!!!!
hey russ, at about 40 seconds into this video... is that the o-ring you're talking about?
its ok guys, I barely had the ball valve open when I put my finger over the hole, just enough to get water to come out.
Good looking out though.
Russ, you would really fix it for me?
Brought it to a shop here and they said they don't even know if the can fix it because they don't carry that brand, they haven't even gotten around to looking at it yet.
awesome
I suppose I could.
Kinda nervous but hey, I've never not been able to figure something out if I'm determined and it will save me money down the road if and when it fails again.
Russ, you would really fix it for me?
It's really not that bad. As long as you have a pair of snap ring plyers to remove the snap ring itself the rest is pretty easy.
Which you will be able to use because you've still got all of your digits. Haha. Just crack that baby open and get after it. You'll be surprised how much you were overthinking it when u get done.A BIG pair of snap ring pliers.
