Super Rigs!!!!!!!!

Thanks Bradley, coming from you that is a compliment.

I wonder where AL is at??????? Al???????

WOW!!!!! I reckon we busted 100 downloads!!!!
I just got online and come to this....going to take me awhile to get to the end tonight...but I'll try

Hey Jeff,Is anyone bringing their rig?

I am and I know some of the local guys are/will bring their rigs, Celeste mentioned bringing their wood beast. I was suppose to meet with the hotel today but had a blown hydraulic line on my lift and had to cancel. The parking lot isn't that big, but right across the street theres huge empty lot and I am going to try to get some space over there and if I do I will hire security and invite everyone that want to to bring there rigs. security might just be a couple of my guys with guns or professional

I'd really like to have a bunch of rigs to look at for me and everyone.

Hey Guys... Been extremely busy... have not had a chance to view board. Glad to see wetfoot post some pictures. Looks like you and Al have some big trailers! Thats Great. Unfortunately, we could not go that long of a trailer, though going that long, would of made it easier and cheaper for us to design.

Another reason is because of the turning radius on a small Parking Structure. Someone asked if we reclaim all of our Grey Water... yes we do, but that is on another trailer. Our Filter is 24/26 or so Ft long with a 20 KW 1.87 liter 4 cylinder 50 hp Kubota Diesel Generator. We need it for the (5) 2 hp pumps. Our filter is designed to pump 40 GPM's 300 ft away. The unit weighs in at 9,300 lbs approx with no water/ grey water in the unit. With water, it comes in at 14,000 lbs approx.

Because of the way we clean, the filter is parked on the bottom of the Garage while the cleaning unit is on the upper levels. For us, it is not practical for both filter and cleaning unit to be on one trailer. However, I can see the advantages of having both on the same trailer if I was going to do a gas station, store front or a drive thru for example. A certain part of the cleaning field that we do not address at this time.

Our cleaning unit weighs in at 9,700 empty. How much does your weigh in at?

What specs did you ask for in building your trailer?

For example, on a cat program, we imputed a requirement of 6,000 LBS liquid weight ratio per 3 linear feet. This resulted in reinforcement of the cross members and the decking to 3/8 diamond plate. Any less and the trailer could bend from the force of the torque of the diesel motor, hydraulic jacks that was installed and/ or water movement issues at a later date. We also had issues for the stress factor from the electric crane at the back of the trailer. We also balanced the trailer for best highway/ wind conditions.

Though our trailers weigh in at almost 10,000 lbs, our diesels are getting 14 to 16 miles per gallon at 65 mph.

I am glad that you finally posted them. I will be busy for the next couple of weeks, but I will try to check in from time to time.

Good talking to ya.

Jim

The biggest Trailer we have weighs in at 12650lbs, not including water, or the truck! That is per the cat scales at the truck stop!!! I dont do any of that stuff on computers, I just have gotten good at typin on here! I just think these things up in my head and can picture what I want before I ever start building them!!! I have built about 11 large rigs, so it has been kinda trial and error, But I have gotten it down pretty well now! As you can see my units are very functional for Large flat areas!!!! And as far as price, well you can toss that out the window cause when you start building somethin like this "The-Sky's-The-Limit"!!!

Im going to busy for a week or so. So if i dont talk much then I hope you all understand!!! Thanks To everyone for visiting my new THREAD!!!

Not bad, 1,077 views in less than 24hours!!! Keep It up guys! More pics to come!
