I dont dislike him but the big rig does not make him a good contractor, I dont know what he knows and I am sure he may know more than me on some issues and I am cool with that, I am not the reclaim expert either so he may know that area but as far as the ability not to damage surfaces I can run circles around him from what I saw, I had pics of ALL the damage but felt it really was a moot point.
I guess I can not honestly say he did it since I didnt personally watch him but it was not there, then he was there and then there was damagae that was not there before so I guess he is guilty be deductive reasoning.
I mean come on, do you leave a large surface cleaner running unattended? There were about 4 to 5 large circles where someone had do just that in addition to gouged concrete where gum was attempted to be removed. I just do want to learn from someone like that nor would I want them passing themselves off as an expert here teaching others what they dont know. Maybe it was him maybe it was a guy with him, never the less, he is the one responsible, just like I would be.
Have a great day Al ! You are still ok with me buddy!
You killed you a big one yet?????
no problem Al, I am a lot nicer than some may think also, I just say what I think and what I feel, its simpler that way.I called him this morning and asked him to stop in and say hi.....personally, I don't think he will and even if he did....Well you might as well get the popcorn ready.
I still think if you met him....he might grow on ya!
Your alright in my (phone)book as well, We might even be a little tighter if we talked on the phone every now and then.
If we ever met for lunch ....there is no telling....I might even take you Hunting!!!! Ever been Snipe Hunting!!!:grin-loving:
I have got me a couple bucks this year 8 pt 175lbs and 6 pt 200lbs. both on video.
Do you do all your repairs russ? Or do you take your equipment to a repair shop?
If you like, I will call you a give you his number.....just tell him I vouched for ya!!I attempted to call him one time, Al. I dont remember what number I called, but it was either the one he has listed in his signature or the one that was on his trailer in the photo. The number was disconnected. I would not mind to talk to him... off the bbs.

was it Coke?Hey guys I figured I would stop by for a few minutes to chat! Thanks Al for everything, but the people on here aren't why I stopped posting!!! It is because I have been really busy, and my youngest son has been in and out of the hospital! As for Russ I dont actually get out and wash anything much anymore, im just to busy with the office and management department! I know my guys mess up from time to time, but I am in alittle diffrent business than most contractors on here!!! Anyone can find something wrong with any job, no matter if iI did it or Ron did it, or Al did it! So yes if you follow my guys around your going to find mistakes , but when you service over 300 retail sores once a month its not about quality like doing a residential driveway!!! Its about getting it done to what that customer expects, not what a power washing contractor would expect on his own personal driveway!!!
Its like this last big job we did, it was 1.8 million sq ft which was completed in 250 hrs! I was really nervus about the walk through because i found alot of things to be unacceptable, but instead of going back and spending another 100hrs touching the job up, I decided to let the customer tell me what they wanted touched up! Guess what, they were very pleased with what had already been done and signed off on the project!!! Not to say I couldn't have done a better job on it but they weren't expecting perfection, they were expecting it to look better than it had looked previousely (which it did)! This is one of the Biggest Companies in The World And their home office is in downtown Atl!!! So Everyone has their specialties and no one is the best at everything!!! I just try to be the best at making my customers happy with what they get for the money they spend!!!Thats why I stay with big chains, and don't get wrapped up in nitpicking single customers!!!
Oh and yes I built a riding surface machine that operates at 24gpm @ 3000psi, and cleans up to 20,000sq ft per hour! Does anyone think I could sell them if I could Price them around $25k-$30k???

We have alot of other services with our large customers besides power washing! If anyone ever notices anything that isn't of good quality with my company I would they would let me know instead of talking about me behind my back!!!I know my guys mess up from time to time, and my sales team and I cant check every job every day with 6-10 trucks running all over creation but we try to see all our customers once a quarter, and talk to them several times a month to check up on our services to them.

As a matter of fact most screw ups they don't even notice like you or I would, but if they do we will gladly take care of it!!!

AL YOU STAY ON HER AND KEEP ALL THESE GUYS STRAIT!!!
I thought it might have been, I saw another guy on another board claiming to have done it but I honestly didnt see how, you I could see getting it done but not him.Not on here yet but I will have some up next week! I can build one for whatever gpms you want! But its just like a regular surface machine the less volume the slower you would have to go! It measures 56" wide! As for you Russ it could have been???
