I explain to client that I wont be able to stain if the bushes are too close. They can either cut them back or if they really want Ill do it for a fee. Its only been an issue on one other fence, and the homeowner trimmed everything ahead of time. I just did the bush on this one deck to be nice.

when you clean a parking garage like that, do you only do the top floor? Or do you do the covered floors too?

Xjetting & lifts. we do this complex annually its 26, 2 story buildings and 6, 3 story buildings. This is the job I went fulltime on. I had this project and another large one lined up and we havent stopped since. I love PWing
