We are putting the finishing touches on our tenth annual RT in Lawrenceville, GA. We are in our usual spring time slot, with the dates of April 20 and 21.
Our theme this year is growing your business and growing your price. We have a guest speaker coming in that you have never heard before. Darcy Eikenberg is a business author who will help you see what is unique about you and your business to help you sell more jobs at higher prices. "Coach" Darcy will help you dial up your confidence level for your sales close.
We also have Chris Detter coming by to talk to you about impressing Property Managers, earning their trust and grabbing those contracts.
AC Lockyer will talk about how you can grow your operation and add extra value (and dollars) to your services through soft-washing.
We expect to have several manufacturer reps on hand to answer questions and demonstrate their products.
We will have Tech sessions on rebuilding pressure wash pumps and tuning up your Deckster system.
In all, it is turning out to be a pretty jam-packed two days. I sure hope we have time for Redneck Horseshoes.
We hope to have a great turn out. The space we have arranged will accommodate up to 60 people, so we will have to cut off registration at that point.
The "early bird" special registration fee is just $25 to cover lunches and such. That will change to $40 on April 7th, so please sign up early. You can register here.
