Stupid driver leaves tire marks on newly sealed pavers

Yesterday, we're finishing a hoa street paver sealing project. We are doing it in sections so as only to block a limited amount of driveways. I have cones up blocking the main entrance and the half of the road we just sealed.
This guy drives in on the unblocked side, goes around the circle where were parked, impatiently honking at a homeowner waiting for us to move the truck, goes back to the entrance, ignoring me as I try to flag him down to see where he is going.
He goes to the entrance and makes a u-turn through the cones and parks right where we just sealed!
The pres. of the HOA comes out mad a hell, I go back and tell the guy to carefully back out to minimize the damage. He gets into his car and makes another tight u-turn, compounding the damage!

What a moron. then refuses to even admit fault. I didn't have enough cones up to stop him, he says.

Fortunately, I hadn't tossed my left over sealer, and was able to take some NMD 80 and lightly scrub out the tire marks, and re-seal what the acid took off.

What a boob. The guy is lucky, this is a community full of lawyers, Part of what they are paying me came from suing the city for garbage truck dripping hydraulic fluid on their pavers.
