Stucco Washing

I am bidding on a stucco building wash. I was planning to use the bleach, TSP, and water mixture for my soap. The building has some light black mold on it in 10% of the area. Any advice for washing stucco buildings or regarding a better choice for a soap?
 
I washed a Buffalo Wild Wings Stucco Building And I used Purple Power Degreaser 1 gallon per 5 gallons of water in a 5 gallon bucket and downstreamed it.. It worked great and even made the building shine .. I think I got some pics on my website under building washing let me see....DONT FORGET TO RINSE GOOD
