I guess what everyone wants to know are they exclusive to your distributor org Pwra ?
Does this mean they will have to pay 349 to get all the use of the entire product.
Can you send one street bid for on .50 or are there quantity minimums and what are they ?
If you could what would you change now about the product that's a negative?
These are questions I have for Josh but so far cannot answer in 48 hours. Daniel assure he would so its not off to a great start pr wise.
I also asked if he could attend the Iowa event to tell people about the software, no response.
No matter how good a product if your not ready to handle the demands you will have done growing pains.
I've looked nothing with similarities to this product. If it works I will imagine will have others attempt a knock off.

No they are not, only for the first 30 days. It will launch this Friday to PWRA members, 30 days after that it will open to the general public.

There is a regular monthly fee of $39.95 for the general public and PWRA members get a nice discount off the monthly fee which is $29.95 Hundreds of different mailing templates are now being created for the product. PWRA members get access to a special line of premium PWRA only templates. SO thats a nice bonus for members.

Yes with a plan you can send one card at a time if you like for .47 cents - So for the cost of a stamp, its gets printed, and mailed with in 2 days.
It works off a credit system where you can buy blocks of credits, 1 credit = 1 dollar.
You can buy credits in 3 different tiers, as long as you buy the high tier 1,000 cards you get the .47 cent price. The lower tier of 100 credits your cost is 79 cents a card. So it makes sense to buy 1,000 at a time.
You dont need to send 1,000 at a time and the credits do not expire.
Well its a first iteration app, so the interface isnt as pretty as a mature product.. But there is already plans to improve that. Functionality wise it works very well, and is extremely stable.. It does exactly what it says it should.
Well you have to understand this is all new to Josh. He never expected the demand for it to be so high, and this is much bigger than the pressure washing world. There is a list of 30 industries that this will launch into.
His concentration now is app functionality, doing press and media interviews. If they answered every phone call that came in, it could detract from a successful launch. Give him sometime, he has a great product with amazing scale.

Phone support isnt the model for all companies, Amazon for example considers a phone call a failure metric. Every time they need to get on the phone with someone they consider it a failure. Support these days can be mostly handled online.
Yes a call center is currently being built to handle the demands. And I would imagine it will be fully up and running by the time they officially launch to the public at the end of July. Oh Im sure someone will, fortunattly for Josh its a very complicated back end process and printing situation so he is first to market advantage.

No we are not partners. I am an enthusiast of his product for sure though.. Its going to completely change my contractor business.
We do not do the printing for him, its a very specialized type that we have no ability to do. Plans are in place for many premium PWRA templates for members, so we have been involved in helping getting the program going. As I mentioned above, I do more direct mail then most so I have been assisting Josh with things a bit. I love the product and Im happy to help.

Looks like it could be a good thing, only time will tell. IMO I'd only use for large upscale homes, but the problem with that as I see it, and this is what I have learned for my area, is most of these home owners, do not want any pictures taken of their home. When we do the very large homes, we are specifically told that we are NOT allowed to take pictures of their home(s), some have allowed us, but the majority tell us no. We have also learned that very few homeowners of these type homes ever see their mail, they have people that take care of all that stuff for them. In fact in some cases we NEVER even meet the home owner. We deal with their representative, estate manager, PA, etc etc.
I have also learned to be patient and hold off with anything new like this, as 1) there are always many bugs that have to be fixed after it is released,
3% is a pretty good return, and depending on your average job price could yield into some good money, and at . 47 a post card that's great. However the time it takes to collect the pictures is a huge huge time consumer, during the winter months when things slow down for residential and if you have time to kill this would be good, but then you have to pay the monthly fee and not do any mailings until winter is over. I really don't like the idea of putting in al that work of collecting pictures and making a data base that they keep and charge you for, I'm on the fence right now.
