streaking paint on aluminum

I have never pressure washed a house before and now my mother wants her house washed. the problem is its aluminum sideing and its very chalky. it is white in color and the paint is 20 something years old so will this cause a problem with the paint job. because shes not ready to have it painted right now so what do you think I should do. and is there a good home brew for cleaning aluminum sideing thanks alot.

I would not wash it untill she is ready to have it painted.It will look worse if you try to wash sideing that old.I had jobs that I turned down because of the sideing being so chalky. If you would like to see more post about aluminum sideing try the search at the top of the page.
