I spent quite a long time wondering which CLM platform I should choose so that my data is not transferred to anyone and everything is protected and safe. As it turned out, sovereign cloud CLM platforms Europe are much better than American ones, since they strictly comply with EU laws, and they cannot be stored and transferred across borders. If you are now planning to create some complex programs for new contracts, then I would advise you to first put your documents in order, namely in their storage.
