I bought that exact model on eBay - from Steel Eagle. They were selling "scratch and dent" (I never did find any!) 24" models for $500. New, in the box. Its a work horse, I use it daily.

Update - spoke with Matthew. The surfacer is 3-4 yrs old - used very little, not at all in the past year. Price is reduced to $600. It is also going to be listed on EBay this week.
