Here are a few pics of a job I just started. I was asked to clean 19 of these suckers for a property manager. May be small for some of you but it is a big one for me. I did 9 today in only 3 hours...

Thanks, they will make some good before and afters. I am shooting some video on them also to demonstrate soft washing.

Videos are great but remember that with videos you are tutoring your competition in how you do your job and sometimes in the customer's eye when it looks too easy it makes them think that the job is not worth the selling price sometimes.

I would not show my methods but there are things to show. Just my opinion.

That's really good advice. I think I am going to try to show the "process" but not how it is done... if that makes any sense

Great Job man ... How did you close the deal?

It was really just the right place right time and I gave him considerable discounts cause the properties are side by side and I could clean 3 at a time. He needed them done quickly and I had the ability to do them fast and efficiently.
