We will not be doing any product demonstrations because it goes against everything the round table meetings represent. The meetings were developed to benefit contractors not product vendors. I have had an overwhelming amount of requests for demonstrations so we are going to have a product demo day around the 15th of March.

In addition to the standard information, we hope to touch on:

Equipment repair and maintenance
Marketing
Estimating
Salesmanship
Legal Concerns
Cleaning methods
Environmental concerns
And any other question you bring to the table.

Good luck with the meeting, I hope all goes well. I like your idea for a "Demo Day" that is out of the box thinking. I just would like to comment on the theme of the meetings though. We seem to have about 50-60 contractors coming , with a good amount of "newbies" and as you have experienced there is a large interest for contractors to see and test different ways, methods , and equipment. I don't see how contractors , whom the meeting is for, shouldn't be able to test different equipment if we can provide that for them (this was requested by many). Some of these contractor's are coming from as far away as Massachusetts and some can't take off a great deal and this is a big deal for these folks. I believe we should make these meetings as beneficial as possible. Just my feelings as I think we agree on these meetings being just for the contractor's. We just go a different path getting from point A to point B. Have a great time and look forward to your comments after the meeting.
